Zlatibor – Cultural Summer 2024

The Municipality of Čajetina and the Zlatibor Tourist Organization have prepared a rich program for the “Zlatibor Cultural Summer.” The summer tourist season on Zlatibor will be filled with numerous concerts, cultural events, and traditional festivities. Most events will take place at the summer stage on Kraljev trg, next to the lake adorned with a new multifunctional fountain, offering visitors a true dynamic spectacle. The summer stage will certainly attract the most attention with concerts by renowned performers.

This summer, visitors to Zlatibor will enjoy concerts by Sara Jo, Dejan Petrović and the Big Band, Vlatko Stefanovski, Boban and Marko Marković, the festival orchestra “Virtuosi” conducted by Bojan Suđić, Marko Louis, the group “Legende,” Ana Štajdohar, Anđelina, and others. This summer, Zlatibor visitors can look forward to three nights of unforgettable fun at the “Refest” festival on Tić field, featuring performances by Džejla Ramović, Gazda Paja, Popov and Nikolina, Rimski, Korona, and others. During July and August, the summer stage on Kraljev trg will also host performances by folk ensembles from Serbia and the region, who will also compete in the “Western Serbia Brass Bands Competition” – a pre-qualification for the Guča festival held in Zlatibor. Besides music concerts, the “Zlatibor Cultural Summer” program includes plays, with a special focus on children’s performances prepared for the youngest visitors of Zlatibor.

The “Zlatibor Cultural Summer” program will be complemented by traditional rural events. The villages of Zlatibor are renowned not only for their scenic beauty and hospitable hosts but also for the events organized throughout the year. This summer, Zlatibor will delight its visitors with movie screenings at the mid-station of the Gold Gondola. The Cultural Center also offers a rich program with theater performances, film screenings, art exhibitions, and the “Kultur(na)tura” festival, allowing guests to enjoy classical music by the waterfalls, outdoor plays, and poetry at unusual locations.

In addition to numerous events, Zlatibor visitors can participate in a big summer prize game. Registration is possible every day at the information centers and info desks of the Zlatibor Tourist Organization, and the prize game runs from July 15 to the end of August. Draws will be held every Friday at Kraljev trg, providing visitors with added value and an unforgettable experience during their summer vacation.
