Dutch composer and pianist Joep Beving will perform for the first time on March 26th at the Kolarac Foundation Foyer as part of a tour promoting his latest album “Hermetism”.

After releasing his debut album in 2015, Beving (born in 1976) became a viral streaming sensation, with over 500 million views and a series of sold-out concerts worldwide.

Describing his latest album “Hermetism”, released by Deutsche Grammophon, Beving refers to it as “a quiet rebellion against madness” as it was created during “a dark period of the pandemic, in a time of fear and polarization”.

In search of beauty, the artist explores ancient philosophy while simultaneously paying homage to the city of Paris.

The Dutch artist performs as part of the Artist Lounge project, a concert series at the Kolarac Foyer, between the columns, focusing on contemporary music genres such as neoclassicism and minimalism, aimed at music lovers and connoisseurs, regular concertgoers, and professional musicians.
