In the period from May 21 to June 4, the Stopića cave will not work for technical reasons, i.e. because of works on the ticket office. After that, from June 5, all visitors will be able to visit this speleological facility of Zlatibor every day from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Stopića cave has many specific features and attractions. It is known for its cave waterfall, and especially for its “siga“ tubs, which represent a true geomorphological rarity in the world. They give this speleological beauty a special value and represent its trademark. Starting from the bed of the Trnava stream, which flows through the Stopića cave, winding vermilion “siga” wrinkles are arranged, building unique tubs. There are also “dugure“ (openings in the cave ceiling), sipar arch, “siga“ tubs, as well as the unique cave waterfall “Source of life”.
